What is Spark?
Spark is a closed platform where companies get access to AI courses produced from their own work. Next to the video is an exercise panel that follows the timeline, so staff practise while they watch.
How are the courses tailored to the company?
We start with a conversation about the tasks your staff sit with every day. From those we write the exercises and record the videos, so the examples come from your operation rather than from generic teaching material.
Do staff need to know anything beforehand?
No. The courses assume people are starting out. Every step is shown on screen and the same step waits in the exercise panel ready to use.
How long does it take to get through?
Parts are five to eight minutes each and courses are usually five to eight parts. Most people finish over two or three working weeks without setting aside a whole day.
What language are the courses in?
The videos are in Icelandic. A subtitle file comes with each video, so English subtitles can be shown for staff who do not speak Icelandic. The interface itself is in both Icelandic and English.
Can managers see what people wrote in the exercises?
No. The owner sees the status, meaning who has watched and who has passed, but not the text people submitted.
What does Spark cost?
The price depends on the number of seats and the scope of the course we produce. Get in touch and we will send a proposal.
