About Spark
Spark came out of one observation: people sit through AI courses, nod along, and then change nothing about their work the next day.
The reason is rarely a lack of interest. It is that the examples in the course have nothing to do with the tasks waiting in the inbox. There is a long way between watching someone write marketing copy for an imaginary coffee chain and sitting with a real client who wants ten headlines before lunch.
Spark turns that around. We start from the work actually on the table at your company and build the course around it. The exercise is not an exercise but work that had to be done anyway.
We are a small outfit and produce few courses at a time. That is deliberate: a course built for one company cannot be mass produced.
Short beats long
A six minute part that gets watched is worth more than a forty minute lecture that gets opened and closed.
Practice beats explanation
People learn by doing the thing once, not by hearing it explained three times.
Progress is a fact
No badges, no points, no rewards. Just whether you are through or not.
